Refund and Returns Policy

We issue refunds for purchases within 2 hours of the original transaction.

 

A payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

No refunds will be issued for any package purchased directly from the Skyway Skills website (www.skywayskills.com) or through an affiliate link after 2 hours of the purchase, under any circumstances.

 

To request a refund, you need to email support@skywayskills.com using your registered email ID with the following details:

 

– Full Name

– Registered Email ID

– Registration Date

– Screenshot of Payment Invoice with date and time (received via email/message upon payment)

– Reason for Refund

 

Refund requests without the above-mentioned details will not be accepted.

 

Once the Refund Request is Approved it will take 24-48 hours to Credit into your Bank Account.
